During the daily use of ZLYJ reducer, we not only need to pay attention to its usage methods, but also need to correctly master its maintenance procedures and precautions. After 200 to 300 hours of operation, an oil change should be carried out. In subsequent usage, the quality of the oil should be checked regularly. For oil that has mixed impurities or deteriorated, it must be replaced in time. Generally, for long-term continuously operating reducers, new oil should be replaced every 5,000 hours or once a year. For ZLYJ reducers that have been out of service for a long time, new oil should also be added before re-operation. The reducer should be filled with the same brand of oil as before. It is not allowed to mix oil of different brands. Oil of the same brand but different viscosities can be mixed. 

2. When changing the oil, wait until the ZLYJ reducer has cooled down and there is no risk of combustion. However, it should still be kept warm because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it becomes difficult to drain the oil. Note: Cut off the power supply of the transmission device to prevent accidental power-on! 

3. During operation, if the oil temperature rises by more than 80 degrees or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 degrees, or if abnormal noises occur, the equipment should be stopped. The cause should be investigated. The fault must be eliminated and the lubricating oil replaced before it can resume operation. 

4. Users should have reasonable usage and maintenance regulations. They should make detailed records of the operation status of the reducer and the problems identified during inspections. These regulations must be strictly followed.
