The installation site of the reducer (accelerator) should be separated from the heat source. If it is installed in a very hot or very cold place, measures for cooling and reducing temperature as well as heating the lubricating oil to ensure normal startup must be taken.
The concrete foundation or metal baseplate for installing the ZLYJ reducer must have sufficient rigidity. The anchor bolts should be buried to a sufficient depth. When using shims for leveling, the thickness of the shims should not be less than mm to ensure stability and no deformation during load operation. Leveling the position and aligning it with the power machine and working machine should be carried out separately.
The accuracy requirement for the level gauge is generally 0.02 - 0.05mm/m. The extension and protruding surface of the level gauge from the horizontal plane of the machine body or the processing surface parallel to the horizontal plane. The higher the alignment accuracy, the better. It is necessary to consider the compensation ability of the adopted coupling for the alignment error, the size of the tolerance, generally the intersection angle error of the axis line should not be greater than 0°, and the translational error should not be greater than 0.mm.
The rust and anti-corrosion agents on the shaft extension must be thoroughly cleaned before installing the coupling, sprocket and other components on the shaft extension. Tools such as sandpaper, files and scrapers that may damage the mating surface of the shaft should not be used to remove the rust and anti-corrosion agents. When installing the coupling, sprocket and other components, do not use heavy hammer strikes. Instead, use the method of thermal expansion and contraction assembly.
If the connection with the power machine is made using a hydraulic coupling, since the hydraulic coupling is relatively heavy and has a significant centrifugal force during startup, it is necessary to prevent the entire weight and centrifugal force of the hydraulic coupling from acting solely on the shaft extension of the ZLYJ reducer. That is, the hydraulic coupling should not be suspended on the shaft extension of the ZLYJ reducer; instead, it should be jointly supported with the power machine. In this way, no additional bending will occur at the support point of the shaft extension.
