Repair methods for oil leakage in reducers
The common methods for managing oil leakage in reducer equipment include adjustment method, tightening method, flushing method, sealing coating method, plugging method, repair method, replacement method, and modification method, etc.
(1) Adjustment method: By adjusting the oil pressure of the hydraulic lubrication system, reducing the system pressure, adjusting the sliding bearings to reduce the gap between the bearing hole and the shaft neck, in order to reduce the leakage all over the equipment caused by excessive overflow. Adjust the oil scraping equipment, such as the looseness, tightness, height, and lowness of the felt, to overcome the leakage problem caused by the failure of the oil scraping equipment. During the leakage treatment process, it is necessary to first consider using the adjustment method for leakage treatment. Only when the relevant parts are correctly connected, other methods for management can be adopted as appropriate. S series reducers
(2) Tightening method: By tightening the screws, nuts, pipe joints, etc. at the leakage location, the leakage phenomenon caused by loose connection parts can be eliminated. Usually, during the leakage treatment process, it is necessary to pay attention to checking the tightening condition of each connection part. During normal maintenance and care, operators also need to pay attention to this issue, and it is necessary to discover the loose parts immediately and tighten them to prevent the occurrence of leakage phenomena or other unexpected malfunctions and accidents.
(3) Flushing method: Ensuring the smoothness of the return oil is an important method for managing oil leakage. On the return oil channel, if the return oil hole is too small, the layout is unreasonable, or is blocked by dirt, it is necessary to expand the return oil hole, remove the dirt, and carry out flushing, or add new return oil channel slots and pipelines. When the oil circuit is flushed, the chance of oil leakage is reduced.
(4) Sealing coating method: For pipe joints and box body joint surfaces, sealing and tightening can be achieved by applying modified sealing glue to seal and fasten, to eliminate the leakage phenomenon. The sealing coating method for leakage treatment has the characteristics of simple method, obvious effect, low cost, and wide adaptability. Usually, 70-80% of the equipment in factories can be treated with this method for leakage.
(5) Repair method: For example, if the contact surface of the box cover is not tight, it should be scraped and repaired. When the oil pipe trumpet is not suitable and causes leakage at the pipe joint, the oil pipe trumpet should be repaired. Sometimes, due to the appearance of burrs, scratches, or deformation of the hydraulic lubrication control system components, or external leakage or internal leakage phenomena, the problem can be eliminated by the repair method.
(6) Plugging method: For castings with sand holes or through holes, the blocking method can be used for leakage treatment. For example, blocking the sand holes of the box body with epoxy resin or blocking the tapped holes of the screws with lead blocks works well. Other methods for blocking leakage can also be used, such as using lead blocks. F series reducers
(7) Replacement method: When the equipment leakage is caused by the wear of the sealing parts or the damage of related parts and cannot be repaired, replacement should be carried out. When replacing parts, it is necessary to pay attention to maintaining the appropriate cooperation connection between the new and old parts. To prevent the leakage problem from being solved, a new leakage problem may arise.
(8) Modification method: During the leakage treatment process, sometimes it is necessary to improve the sealing material, change the tightening method, convert the lubricating medium, change the return oil position, and improve the leakage prevention methods, in order to eliminate the leakage phenomenon of the equipment. There are many methods for leakage treatment using the modification method. Usually, it is necessary to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment, not damaging the original strength and stiffness of the equipment, and especially when adding return oil channels, expanding screw holes, adding oil collection plates, etc., attention should be paid to this issue.
